“I ordered the wrong size, or the shirt does not fit, can I exchange it for another size?”


  • Within 14 days, Just send your item back to Raider World Select, and let us know what size you need.  You will have to cover the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping for your new item(s).



“My shirt is out of stock on your website, can I still get it?”


  • We will do our best to keep items in stock, or if an item is discontinued we will do our best to find a shirt that best fits your needs.



“My shirt was lost/stolen in the mail, can I receive a replacement?”


  • We will file the insurance claim with the shipping company and once processed, we will ship a replacement.



“Can I get a refund?”


  • Raider World Select  will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per our  discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt.



“Will you provide a return label to send my items back?”


  • You will need to cover the shipping costs when sending your items back to Raider World Select.   We will cover the shipping when we send your new item.



“How long does it take to process my Return?”


  • Once we receive your returned items in the mail, all packages will enter a 5 day quarantine due to COVID-19 precautions. Once that quarantine process is over, you can expect to hear from us within 72 business hours to begin your return process.



“How will I know you received my Return?”


  • When sending Raider World Select your return, make sure you get a tracking number.  This will be the best way to insure we receive it.  Raider World Select is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us.  Once we receive your return, you will hear from our team within 72 hours.



“I purchased my Raider World Select item from a 3rd party, can I still do a Return?”


  • If the 3rd party is an Authorized dealer by Raider World Select, we can still process the return.  Please include the order number and the name of the company you purchased it from on your return form when you send us your package.  Terms and conditions may apply
